Next month will mark the 13 year anniversary of Lil’ Kim’s last album The Naked Truth. The project was released almost two months after she went to prison in 2005 & since many have wondered when she would release a new album. For some years now she has spoken about working on a new album & she has been in the studio crafting a new body of music.
Almost a month ago the Brooklyn rapper released the official first single “Nasty One” from the long awaited album. Last night she took to her Instagram stories to reveal that she is working with the famed & talented Diane Warren. She has written songs for many of the music industry’s legends like Celine Dion, Toni Braxton, Faith Hill as well as Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, & Beyoncé.
