KELLY ROWLAND LANDS ROLE IN LIFETIME NETWORK FILM


Kelly Rowland had been working diligently on a new studio project now that she's has created the next big girl group June's Diary. She has been also focusing on the television world & will be so adding a new project to her resumé.

Entertainment Weekly reports that the Grammy winner will be in a new romantic comedy called The 10th Date. The Lifetime network movie is about four friends & their journey to getting to the 10th date which symbolizes the stage where the man is ready to commit to a monogamous relationship.

The production will features roles by Keri Hilson, Megan Good, Cat Deeley & Brandon T. Jackson. The 2 hour movie that was written & directed by Nzingha Stewart sees Rowland play role of Margot who is a career driven woman. The four friends try to juggle their personal lives, work lives all while on a roller coaster of figuring out the messenger day dating scene.

The film is currently in production, but will end sometime in October with it debuting sometime in 2017 on Lifetime.
