The BET network has developed a new tv project called American Soul that will tell the story of the classic television show Soul Train. It will take viewers behind the camera of the popular show & tel the real life stories of the shows host Don Cornelius & his celebrity friends. The show will star singer/actress Kelly Rowland who will he playing the role of singing legend Gladys Knight. The network has released a trailer to build anticipation.
