JAY-Z RELEASES EXPENSIVE BOTTLE OF CHAMPAGNE WORTH $760

Jay-Z has been a force to be reckoned with since his 90's debut album that solidified his status as one of the best rappers. Outside of being a successful artist he's become a very wealthy business man with many ventures under his belt. His latest release of the TIDAL music streaming app has failed to perform at the level that many expected it to, but that definitely will not stop Jay from being a mogal. Jay is now welcoming the release of a new brand of champagne for people with expensive taste.

Get all the details below.

Jay-Z has backed Armand de Brignac's Ace of Spades champagne that will be sold for $760. Yes, it may sound very expensive but that's because it is, it will take on Cristal by Louis Roederer who Jay was once affiliated with until back in 2006 he called the company racist.

The brands managing director Frederic Rouzaud spoke on the situation in a interview with The Economist

"We can’t forbid people from buying it. I’m sure Dom Perignon or Krug would be delighted to have their business."

Jay followed up with his response:

"It has come to my attention that the managing director of Cristal, Frederic Rouzaud, views the ‘hip-hop’ culture as ‘unwelcome attention.' director
"I view his comments as racist and will no longer support any of his products through any of my various brands, including the 40/40 Club, nor in my personal life. Louis Roederer would not have existed since 1776 without being totally open and tolerant to all forms of culture and art, including the most recent musical and fashion styles which – like hiphop – keep us in touch with modernity."
