Wendy Williams is seriously climbing her way higher and higher ! The Gossip Guru is adding another movie to her producing list.
Wendy took to Twitter to announce that she will be the Executive Producer of the Aaliyah biopic airing on Lifetime ! Remember earlier Actress Zendaya Coleman was originally cast as the late singer who died in a plane crash at the age of 22, but later announced that she would be stepping down from the role. TheGrapeJuice.Net reports that Aaliyah's family has hired a lawyer to prevent her music from being used in the movie ! There has been major debates about who deserved to play the role of the star and of course fans are playing active roles on social media to voice their opinions ! The producer have recast the role of Aaliyah with Alexandra Shipp from Nickelodeon's "House of Anubis,". Production is said to begin the end of July and will air on Lifetime this Fall !
