The last week has been very traumatic for Miami rapper Trina who lost her mother Vanessa 'Nessa' Taylor last week after long battle with breast cancer at the age of 62. After the news surfaced on social media fans overflowed her social accounts with love, support & genuine condolences.

Over the past weekend Trina was scheduled to perform at the ONE Musicfest in Atlanta & fans wondered if she would still rock the stage due to everything she & her family is going through currently. In true honorable fashion the diamond princess showed up & performed, but during her set she broke down into tears as fans cheered & chanted her name from the audience.
It was very obvious that Trina had a loving relationship with her mother Vanessa because back in June she took to social media to share a beautiful photo of her mother with a heartfelt caption.
