Nicki Minaj has been laying very low lately since making her last public appearance at the 2019 Met Gala. She returned to social media earlier yesterday with a simple tweet that read, "MEGATRON". It's very likely she has been in hiding working on new music which is something The Barbz are seriously hoping for.

Along with the tweet she also changed her Instagram & Twitter profile pictures to the word as well. If the word sounds familiar it's because it comes from her verse from her collaboration with Future on the track "Transformer"

Earlier in 2019 a visual of Minaj surfaced on social media of her as a robot that was named Megatron. To add to the speculation that the work could have a connection with possible new music, rapper CupcakKe retweeted Minaj's tweet with the caption, "Dropping this Friday".
