The Jussie Smollett case has been among major headlines for weeks now & as each day comes & goes the case becomes more & more confusing as to what the actual facts are. The Chicago P.D. claims that the singer/actor paid Ola & Abel Osundairo $3,500 to fake an attack against him, but sources that are close to the case says that is far from the truth.
According to those sources they claim that Ola & Abel agreed to train Smollett for 5 weeks. They had agreed to train him & help him get into shape for an upcoming music video. They also agreed to provide Jussie with a 5 week meal plan to help him achieve his goal.
Jussie told the brothers he would pay them, but a specific amount was never discussed according to sources. Just a few days before the attack happened Jussie gave the brothers a check for $3,500 & the memo line read, “5 weeks training nutrition plan”. The brothers allegedly told the grand jury that the money was for the agreed training plan & not for the attack. They also stated that they felt the amount was a little high, but no one ever mentioned it.
