NEW MUSIC: ROBIN THICKE "TESTIFY"

 

Smooth singer Robin Thicke opens up his personal life to the world in the new single "Testify". In the song the 41 year old sings deep lyrics about many of the trials & tribulations that have entered his life over the most recent years like his divorce from his ex-wife Paula Patton, the unfortunate death of his father Alan Thicke & his girlfriend April Love Geary's miscarriage. Robin wrote the heartfelt song at his Malibu home before it burned down in the California wildfires.

Speaking about "Testify" & it's inspiration Thicke had this to say, "When I made this record I wanted to sing my whole truth & lead off the new album singing my ass off."
 

 

Robin co-wrote the record with producer Pro. J & is his first single since signing a new deal with his very own Thicke Music imprint & EMPIRE. He is also preparing to release a new album which will be the first since 2014's Paula.
