The promo for Nicki Minaj’s latest album Queen has slowed down, but that hasn’t stopped the project from performing well. The album has racked up yet another gold certification for the fan favorite song “Barbie Dreams”.
Some may feel that since the Queen album hasn’t gotten a #1 track on the Billboard Hot 100 that the project is a flop, but that is far from the case. Minaj has a very loyal fan base with the Barbz & that is why yet another song has received the gold status. Unlike many other artists, Minaj’s fans actually go out & but her music.
It all kicked off with “Chun-Li” that has gone onto gain platinum status. “Barbie Dreams” is one of the biggest tracks on the album & has sold more than 500,00 units making it receive the gold certification from the Recording Association of America.
