Ne-Yo returns with a loving record titled “Good Man” to help set the mood for all the lovers as Valentine’s Day approaches. He samples the classic record “Untitled (How Does It Feel)” by D’Angelo as he promises to be the best man he can be to that special lady in his life.
The new track was produced by Camper & serves as the leading track to be lifted from his next album. He spoke about the album that is his first since Non-Fiction that was released back in 2015.
“This album focuses on the journey of what it is to be a good man: a good man to your spouse, a good brother to your brother, a good person to the world,” he explained. “I am not proclaiming to be perfect. A good man makes mistakes, learns from those mistakes, therefore to not then repeat those mistakes. Being a good man is a journey.”
