Mary J. Blige will be in the upcoming film Mudbound where she will be playing the role of the mother of a son post WWII. The filmtackles the topics of heritage , struggle, & friendships. To go song with the movie Blige has released a song called “Mighty River” where she collaborated with Raphael Saadiq with songwriter Taura Stinson.
