Mariah Carey is officially back on the scene, the mother of twin boys performed a 8 song mini concert for Jimmy Kimmel's "Plot Your Escape". Carey glided on the stage in a black & sexy fitting dress as she belted out her song "Shake It Out" that was streamed live on Ustream.
