Once again singer Ciara has changed up her look, shr has shared a fabulous picture of herself rockin' a new hairstyle. The Epic records songstress is channeling her inner blonde bombshell with long luscious locks & a heavy bang. Cici does look stunning but hopefully she has been in the studio working on a new album that will help turn her career around for the better.
