Rapper Nicki Minaj helped to kickoff the NBA All Star Game earlier tonight alongside Ne-Yo, Mary J. Blige, & Pitbull. Minaj rocked the crowd as she performed "Moment 4 Life" & her verse from the David Guetta track "Turn Me On" while dressed in a white & silver glitter costume.
