Last night at New York's Carnegie Hall pop queen and brand new mother Beyonce made her first appearance since she gave birth to her daughter Blue Ivy.

Beyonce made appearance last night to support her husband Jay-Z's two night stint at New Yorks Carnegie Hall. She looked ravishing in her sexy red dress, and Louboutin heels. Looking pretty great for a woman that gave birth a month ago.
