This is the era of television reboots & the revelation of bringing old classics to a new generation. Many 90’s shows have been revamped for a reboot like Full House, Beverly Hills 90210, Charmed & many more. The 90’s Nickelodeon childhood favorite cartoon Rugrats is being turned into a live action remake.
For the remake some fan favorite celebrities will be jumping on board to bring the characters to life. Singer Christina Aguilera will be playing the role of Charlotte Pickles. Recently Aguilera lended her singing talent to The Addams Family soundtrack & Disney’s live action film for Mulan. This time she is in front of the camera!
Also joining her will be singer/actor Kelly Rowland playing the character of Alyssa Carmichael & Black-Ish actor Marsai Martin will play Susie Carmichael. The mom Lucy Carmichael will be played by actress Tisha Campbell.
The film is being directed by David Bowers & was supposed to make it’s premiere in January 29, 2021, but Paramount has rescheduled the release date which is currently unknown.
