K. Michelle to a brief pause from her O.S. D. Tour (Over Some Dick) to make a appearance at the 2019 Soul Train Awards. She looked like a stunning angel wearing all white & dripping in jewels as she took the stage to perform her latest single "The Rain" from the upcoming album All Humans Are Monsters.

"The Rain" was sampled from New Edition's classic hit "Can You Stand The Rain" from 1988. To no surprise she put her special K twist to the track will still giving it a modern day vibe for the performance with four background singers who brought the 80's male group style with accompanying dance moves. Before leaving the stage she gave a special shout-out to the music legends Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis.
