Fantasia is ready to take on a new chapter in her life & in her music career as a independent artist. The Southern songstress hit the promo trail for her soon to be released album Sketchbook & made a visit to New York's famed Breakfast Club radio show.

Tasia chatted about her deciding to no longer be apart of the major record label after the release of her last studio project The Definition Of... from 2016 which she surprisingly called "garbage". She went into detail about why she feels it is worth it to be a independent artist in the industry. The 35 year old spoke about her loving husband Kendall Taylor, how she almost lost her life & getting back to a life of happiness & healing.
