Nicki Minaj has been the reigning queen of hip-hop for a very long time, she has truly made her mark on music in a way that will forever be remembered. Minaj will be honored at this years VH1 Big in 2015 with Entertainment Weekly party. As most of you already know she will be in the upcoming movie Barbershop 3 & her co-star/rapper Queen Latifah will be presenting her with the honorable award.

The special VH1 event will celebrate the people & popular brands who have entertained the world in a big way throughout the year. Minaj joins a list of other worthy honorees like Empire star Taraji P. Henson, Aziz Ansari & Amy Shumer. Rapper turned actor Ice Cube will be presenting a award to his son O'Shea Jackson Jr. for his world in autobiographical movie Straight Outta Compton that was based on the real story of N.W.A (Niggas With Attitude) where he played the role of his father.
VH1 Big in 2015 will be hosted by Atlanta rapper T.I. & will be taping on November 15th in Los Angeles, California at The Pacific Design Center, but it'll air on December 7th at 9pm Est. on VH1. As of lately Nicki Minaj has been quiet when it comes to releasing new music, but once 2016 gets here she will be heavily back to work. She will be collaborating with ABC Family to develop a comedy series & will star in Barbershop 3 alongside Ice Cube & Queen Latifah when the movie hits theaters in April.
