Chart dominating girl group TLC has been sharing their music with the world for many years & no matter how much time passes their sound remain unduplicated. Over 20 years ago their song "Creep" that told the revealing story that women actually cheat in relationships also hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Two decades later the song has been resurrected by singer/songwriter Eric Bellinger who has revamped the track with a modernized sound with hints of the original beat.
Bellinger collaborates with T-Boz on the remake that is the first single to be lifted from his Cuffing Season EP that'll be released on July 17th. In a press release Eric speaks on the songs remake & tapping T-Boz to join him on the record.
“I’m really big on my features making sense rather than just throwing random artists on songs just to say we collabed lol. When I heard the ’Creep’ flip I immediately knew I had to at least try to get T-Boz on it since that was her solo song with legendary female pop group TLC! Luckily when she heard the record she loved it! Hopefully the fans will too!”
