Up & coming Maryland native rapper Kotic Couture has his eyes set on taking over the summer with a hot new single entitled "See Me". The Eric Watkins produced record see's the rapper let his underground competition know that there is no stopping him. The lyrical beast has revealed the singles artwork along with the release date.
