Raw Hollywood's red carpet correspondent Virgil attended the BET Awards Weekend in Los Angeles recently & attended The Eye on Glam Beauty Lounge in North Hollywood. While participating in the festivities I had the pleasure of chatting with reality television star China Upshaw from the WeTv show L.A. Hair who also hosted the event. China spoke about her fashion style & her love for all things beauty & of course her talent for being a sought after hair artist.
