One thing many people can say about Rihanna, she continuously pushes the envelope when it comes to fashion & being many steps ahead of her competition. The high fashion fashionista attended the 2014 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City, she immediately was the talk of the town when she stepped out in a sparkly sheer dress with a matching head dress, with a g-string & her breasts exposed. The dress was covered with 216,000 Swarovski stones & was custom made by the pop diva by designer Adam Selman. Vogue magazines editor-in-chief Anna Wintour had the pleasure of presenting Riri with the Fashion Icon Award, now she joins Lady Gaga, Nicole Kidman, Kate Moss & Johnny Depp who has also gone home with the popular award.

While excepting her well deserved award Ms. Fenty explained just how important fashion has been to her over the years of her life. This year so far has been a good year for the Barbados native, with a new album in the works & receiving such a prestigious award she is truly making a solid & positive name for herself.
