VIDEO: FAITH EVANS PERFORMS "TEARS OF JOY" ON THE ARSENIO HALL SHOW & TALKS NOTORIOUS B.I.G.'S DEATH

Faith Evans was a special guest on The Arsenio Hall Show last night where she spoke on the untimely death of her late husband Notorious B.I.G. He was one of the most influential hip-hop rappers to hail from Brooklyn, New York back in the 90's, but it was the East coast verse West coast rivalry that many believe led to his unfortunate death. Faith also performed "Tears of Joy" from her current album R&B Divas that is nominated for Best R&B Album at this years Grammy Awards.

Watch the interview & performance after the jump.

While Evans spoke about the 17 year old unsolved case of Biggie's death she states:

"We basically stopped spending our money on trying to hope that the LAPD was gonna do their part. It's not closed. It's just a matter of when they really feel like they wanna do the right thing 'cause we in our hearts kinda feel like we know what happened & we believe they know what happened."

Over the course of the years following Christopher Wallace's (B.I.G) death millions of dollars have gone towards finding out exactly what led to his death & who committed the crime. Even though so much time has passed we can only hope that one day his killer will be found & all people affected can find some true closure.

Faith Evans plans to release her 8th studio album entitled Incomparable that will feature collaborations with Jazmine Sullivan, Missy Elliott & gospel singer Karen Clark-Sheard
