It has been well over two years since singer Ashanti first announced that she would be releasing her next studio album entitled Braveheart. Countless times over the course of two years she has announced several release dates for the project, but as we all know it has yet to see the light of day. Just a few weeks ago she released a new song alongside Beenie Man & said that the album would now be released on February 18. Now as the day draws near she has once again disappointed her fans by pushing the album back.

Doing a recent interview with WPGC radio station in D.C. the singer/actress revealed that the new release date for the LP is March 18.
Why many continue to have faith in Ashanti one can only wonder how badly she wants her career to succeed. I strongly believe that it is unacceptable for her to have pushed back the album so many times within the past years as fans continue to sit back & support her & she is not living up to her end of the deal by releasing the album for her loyal fans. It's certainly will not be surprising if when the album does make its debut if it does not sell a lot of units due to the fact that any hype over getting new music from her has dwindled away.
