SNOOP DOGG EXPRESSES HIS VIEWS ON GAYS IN HIP-HOP W/ UK'S "THE GUARDIAN"

Over the past year individuals of the LGBTQ community have been shown a lot of respect from some well known celebrities in support of equal rights. Hip Hop rap veteran Snoop Dogg spoke his honest opinion of the topic with UK's The Guardian on gay marriage & opened up about having gay friends & if homosexuality will ever mix with the hip-hop genre of music.

Eve has revealed the official track list for her album Lip Lock that will drop on May 14th. The project will feature "She Bad Bad" including the remix featuring Juicy J & Pusha T & "Make It Out This Town" featuring Gabe Saporta. The 12 track album is one of the highly anticipated albums of 2013 & has collaborations from Missy Elliott, Snoop Dogg, Dawn Richard & more.

Early this morning Beyonce & Pepsi surprised fans with the unveiling of their new commercial showing Bey recreating some of her past music videos from over the past few years of her career. Now fans are able to take a look behind-the-scenes of the Live For Now commercial that was titled "Mirrors", some of the parts in the 5 minutes video are muted due to the fact that it features Bey's new song "Grown Woman" that will be released to iTunes on Monday April 8th.

USHER WRONGFULLY CRITIQUES SINGER GINETTE CLAUDETTE ON "THE VOICE" & RAW HOLLYWOOD RESPONDS

We live in a world where everyone has an opinion on anything & everything that a person could possibly comment on, but just because you feel strongly about something does not make it accurate or truthful. Last evening a talented singer/songwriter by the name of Ginette Claudette was a contestant on the new season of The Voice where she sung a rendition of Alicia Keys hit song "No One". After her performance Claudette was critiqued by Usher who is a judge on the show & stated "your transitions & your runs were a little bit bumpy, so those sharps or flats could cost you." While his opinion was great advice it was not accurate especially for someone like Ginette who has impeccable vocal ability & is a talented songwriter who has penned tracks for people like Nick Jonas of The Jonas Brothers, Melanie Fiona & Kevin Michael McHale from Glee & she is currently on tour with Far East Movement. As stated before everyone is entitled to their opinion, but a lack of attention of true, raw & effortless talent makes a person look bad on many level & questions their ability to recognize a beauty piece of art as it stand before them. Earlier in the week we revealed the news to you that Beyonce would be tributing the late Amy Winehouse when she covered one of her most famous song "Back To Black" for The Great Gatsby movie. Bey teamed up with Andre 3000 for the remake of the song that will be on the movie soundtrack. The film will feature actor Leonardo DiCaprio & a trailer for film is now available & features a small preview of the cover by Beyonce.

Earlier today Beyonce gave her fans a very short snippet video promoting her new single & unveiled the instrumental of the song, but now the title of the son has been revealed. When the #BeyHereNow video teaser was released we automatically thought that the music sounded like a Timbaland production & we were right, the single titled "Grown Woman" was produced by the talented producer. The single is expected to make it's premiere tomorrow April 4th at 9am .

As of lately Keyshia Cole has been catching a lot of backlash since she spoke out negatively about Beyonce's fiery song "Bow Down". During a interview with Hip Hollywood r&b singer Lil' Mo gave her honest opinion on what Keyshia said & in the process of explaining herself basically says that she should bow down. Mo also said that just a few weeks ago Cole was supporting Bey as she through shade at Michelle during The SuperBowl Halftime Show.

The fight for equality for all people of the LGBTQ community as been a fight that has seen a lot of progress over the past couple of years, the movement has seen some laws change & people of high power show their support for the need for change has been very emotionally overwhelming for many. American Idol season 8 winner Adam Lambert has helped many grow to feel comfortable in their own skin when he made it clear that was indeed gay during his time on the talent show. The singer/songwriter will be honored at this years 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards with the Davidson/Valentini Award when it takes place in San Francisco, California on May 11th. Lambert has been a very success & worldwide best selling music artist in the pop genre & him being a person of the gay community has shed light on many things & have brought a realization that gays can truly be excepted in the world.

World dominating queen Beyonce takes charge on the cover of British VOGUE in a blue & white midriff showing top paired with a blue sequined skirt. For the April issue Mrs. Carter talks feminism which goes hand & hand with her recently released song "Bow Down" that has been getting so much attention for it's cocky & forceful lyrical content. Bey also speaks on the topic of inequality in the world while calling herself naming herself a modern day feminist.

Since last year legendary girl group TLC has been in the works to bring their journey to the big screen where they could tell their story of up's & down's through the music industry since their claim to fame in the early 1990's. Just a few weeks ago the cast was revealed on who would play each member of the group, acress Keke Palmer will be playing the role of Chilli, New York city native & rapper Lil' Mama plays the late Lisa "Lefteye" Lopes & T-Boz will be brought to life by Drew Sidora. The ladies & crew for the movie have been filming the project for the past month & by the looks of things everything is coming together & every fans new & old of the inspiring group will be happy with it's outcome. Just moments ago T-Boz unveiled the first photo of Lil' Mama, Drew Sidora & Keke Palmer all in character as TLC.

ASHANTI PUSHES BACK "BRAVEHEART" ALBUM......AGAIN!!

Things began to look bright for Ashanti when she released her new single "Never Should Have" a week ago. The track created a small buzz on twitter & we thought next would be the release of her BraveHeart album but yet again it has been delayed. Within the past year she has pushed back the projects release more then enough times for anyone to actually anticipate it being released. The new date of release is June 11th courtesy of her independent label Written/eOne Entertainment.

Hopefully Ashanti finally gets everything in order & releases this long overdue album.

VIDEO: FANTASIA & LUKE JAMES PERFORM MEDLEY AT 2013 "TRUMPET AWARDS"

This past Sunday the legendary Trumpet Awards aired on TvOne & singer Fantasia was in attendance & also hit the stage to sing a duet with amazing vocalist Luke James. The duo sung a rendition of the classic song "You're All I Need To Get By" by Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell. Both soulful singers made the song all their own as they blend the classic into yet another timeless less song "Heard It Through The Grapevine" which helped take the performance to the next level. Tasia & James showed off their effortless vocal talents continuing their Motown medley with "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" as they took turns singing each verse before joining forces for the chorus.

BEYONCE TO COVER AMY WINEHOUSE'S "BACK TO BLACK" FOR THE GREAT GATSBY FILM

As fans of Beyonce continue to wait for her to release her new single they can get some excitement from the news that was just released via E! News. According to the popular celebrity news source the 17 time Grammy winner will be paying tribute to the late singer Amy Winehouse as she covers one of her most popular songs "Back To Black". Beyonce will be joining forces with Andre 3000 for a duet of the song that will be apart of the soundtrack for a remake of The Great Gatsby film. Rapper & mogul Jay-Z will be producing the soundtrack that will be released via Interscope Records, the film is being directed by Baz Luhrman & will feature actors Carey Mulligan, Leonardo DiCaprio & Tobey Maguire. The film will make it's debut at The Cannes Film Festival on May 15th.

Dressed in various costumes & pink hair Cole performed tracks from earlier in her career like "I Just Want It To Be Over", "Let It Go", "I Changed My Mind" & "Shoulda Let You Go". Keyshia then brought the show up to speed when she rocked the crowd to her new material "Zero", "Trust & Believe" & "Enough Of No Love", but things got very exciting when the tour stopped in D.C. at the Warner Theatre & a man proposed to his girlfriend & then Keyshia went on to sing "I Choose You" to the couple on stage.
