For months now since the ladies of Danity Kane announced that they would be reuniting their has been a lot of negativity surrounding weather D. Woods was invited to be apart of joining Dawn, Shannon, Aundrea & Aubrey a second time around. As most of you can remember originally Woods said that she turned down the opportunity because she wanted to focus on her solo projects that she had committed to for the next year, but now she's claiming she was never asked if she would be apart of the reunion.

D. Woods has spoken out to TMZ & she stated that she would have loved to join the ladies to perform at their first comeback show after 5 years in reference to their show in L.A. this past Monday. She stated that she tried to reunited the ladies once before in the past but it was turned down & she originally found out about their long waited reunion from TMZ back in May. While she is happy the girls have reunited she made it clear that she is unsure on why she was not included because of "the sound I helped them create".
After D. Woods spoke out Ms. Aubrey O' Day gave her opinion via instagram & kept it short & sweet while sending a message to the former member.
In a recent interview with Rap-Up DK briefly spoke on the topic as they stated:
"We asked who wanted to be here & those who wanted to show up, showed up. It's nothing more then that. We want people to see this for what it is & know that this is Danity Kane." said Dawn
While 2014 is quickly approaching the ladies have plans on releasing a new album sometime in the year. they are close to getting re-signed to a record label so that should help to speed up the process of the fans hearing new music & the album.
