Kelly Rowland is off to a wonderful star in the new year, her current radio single "Kisses Down Low" is being played all over radio & she recently released the music video for the steamy track. Rowland has also been making her rounds in tv land by hosting Rip The Runway & The Oscars Pre-Show, she has unveiled a new promotional image in support of her new album Talk A Good Game that will be her fourth studio album as a solo artist.
