This past weekend Kelly Rowland was spotted in Oakland, California as she was apart of KMEL 2011 Summer Jam. Rowland sung a rendition of one of Destiny's Child's famous songs "Soldier" including performing her sexy track "Motivation". Kelly also sat down backstage to speak on her new album Here I Am, how amazing the crowd in Oakland was & a lot more.
