Last night Mariah Carey was spotted in London attending a private event at the nation's capital, the singer gave birth to her twin babies Moroccan & Monroe Cannon a few months ago. Carey was photographed with Joan Collins looking like the usual barbie that we are use to seeing her as, a beat face & flowing blonde locks. Now that Mariah is back on the scene we can most likely expect that she is working on some new material for a upcoming album.
