Kelly Rowland was hard at work tonight when she hit the stage on The Tonight Show w/ Jay Leno, the songbird sung her radio hit single "Motivation". Kelly wore a white pant suit showing off her beautiful & womanly body & she screamed "what's my name", their is no doubt that she owned the stage when four sexy men entered that stage & danced to a choreographed routine.
