Mary J. Blige surely wants the world to know what she went through during the marriage with her soon to be ex-husband & she is using her music to tell her story. Today she births the new single "U + Me (Love Lesson)" the second single to be lifted from the album Strength of a Woman. She takes sometime to reflect on the relationship singing, "the lies you told to me make it easy for me to leave. You plus me wasn't the best thing".

Blige explained how the last single "Thick Of It" represented the divorce & everything that she is currently going through in the public eye.
"If you know, you know what I'm dealing with right now. The 'Thick Of It' is the divorce & all this stuff that's going on right now. It's the heaviness of it & the whole thing...That's where I am. I'm in the middle of a divorce & it doesn't feel good. It feels terrible, but I have strength to get through & I get through by any means necessary".
