It seems like there were more creative looks on the red carpet than anything this year for the Billboard Music Awards. While watching the red carpet, I found myself yelling "Yaassss" a few times! Tonight, I have decided to give out the 'Yas Awards' to everybody that deserves it. This will be no particular order, this is just a top 10!
