Macklemore & Ryan Lewis caused quite a stir a few weeks ago with the release of the song "White Privilege II" which speaks on sensitive topics like The Black Lives Matter Movement. The duo appeared on The Late Show last night & gave a debut live performance of the song & was joined by Jamila Woods who appears on the song.

To help add to the message of the song, poets Danez Smith & Nikita Oliver joined the performance as they used their spoken word voices to belt out & bold statement: "I am reminding myself that my black life matters too."
February 26th will see the release of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' album Unruly Mess I've Made & will feature the politically driven single.
