BEYONCÉ HIRES A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

Ahead of releasing a new album Beyoncé is now being managed by a new management company. The global superstar has parted ways with her longtime general manager Lee Anne Callahan-Longo after working together for the past 10 years of her career.

Former JPMorgan Chase employee Steve Pamon is now taking over the duties as her manager & will be apart of her company Parkwood Entertainment. They both worked together during the stink of the On The Run tour in 2014 where Bey toured with her rapper husband Jay-Z.

More details below.

A source tells Page Six:

"Beyoncé basically cleaned house, got rid of her whole team, which included her cousin, and hired a new team. She wants to surround herself with business people who could take her career to an ever higher level."

Park wood Entertainment is a company that houses music production, artist management, television specials, tours, apparel, motion pictures & everything that has to do with Bey & her career. Besides adding Pamon to her team, Mrs. Knowles-Carter has also added Peter Thea to the team who is a former Def Jam & Universal Republic executive.

"Last year, Parkwood Entertainment created new departments and recruited new executives from the tech, business and entertainment sectors who joined the team to help grow Parkwood and it's interests ... Some senior staffers were given the opportunity to reposition and stay on. Some members ... awakened [to] new interests and decided to follow personal routes." says Yvette Noel-Schure a rep for Beyoncé
