Late last year Kelly Rowland served a track called "Dumb" that was infused with a Cali vibe & later revealed that she was in the process of rehearsing for a accompanying music video. As of lately she has been hard at work filming for her new BET tv show Chasing Destiny, but has still been working on music.
It looks like she is planning to satisfy appetites with new material a lot sooner then any of us can expect.
The brown boned beauty recently caught up with ABC News Radio to speak about the music she's been recording & the follow up album to 2013's Talk A Good Game.
“I’ve recorded 45 songs to be completely honest, the challenge for me right now is solidifying like exactly what sound that is, I have three different sounds on the table. So I just want to know what that is and I feel like I have two albums…that’s not cool, I just need one.
It’s definitely more R&B and to the core of even the dance music, it’s still soul and that’s the core of who I am, is my soul, and I always want that to come across”
"Rowland also promises to release new music next month, adding, “I’m actually gearing up for a video right now, actually in rehearsals for a video right now I’m excited about. There’s going to be a video.” She coyly adds that it will entail “much movement.” Via ABC News Radio
