Today the world is celebrating the 49th birthday of international icon Janet Jackson & on her special day she has delivered a very special announcement that has her fan base in total excitement. Ms. Jackson has officially made the announcement that she has been working hard on her 11th studio album & she is in the process of planning a new world tour.
