Motivation singer Kelly Rowland was spotted in Las Vegas over the weekend at Beso Steakhouse at Crystals City Center. While at the restaurant owned by Eva Longoria Ms. Rowland ordered cinnamon dusted churros. Kelly's latest single "Motivation" came in at #6 on Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart this week.
