The revolution is slowly beginning, Beyonce is on the cover of Billboard magazine & a few days ago it was announced that Bey will be receiving the Billboard Millennium Award. In the issue Beyonce talks about her new single "Who Run The World (Girls)", she reveals the album will be titled "4", & she discussed the creative process behind her new album.
