Today on BET's 106 & Park the new video for Kelly Rowland new single "Motivation" made it's world premiere. Young Money rapper Lil' Wayne was also in the video as he laid down his verse on the song & brings his swag to the video. Kelly Rowland stopped by the show to talk about her love for going to the gym, plus she spoke about some of the producers she worked with for her upcoming album that will be dropping at the end of the summer.
