A few days ago we brought you the news that Britney Spears was going on tour & singer Enrique Iglesias would be the opening acts, well now according to TMZ rap phenomenon Nicki Minaj is reportedly in negotiations to be the replacement on the upcoming tour. Sources say that within the next few days a final decision should be made because both Spears & Minaj lawyers are in "serious talks".
