Lil Nas X’s name has been all over social media for his being out & proud attitude & of course his music. Three months ago he released the Jack Harlow assisted single ‘Industry Baby’ & now he is receiving extremely exciting news via the RIAA.
This past Wednesday, October 27th the Recording Industry Association of America announced that ‘Industry Baby’ has surpassed the threshold making it 2x platinum. This basically means that the record has sold 2 million copies in just the United States.
Nas X is racking up this platinum plaques as this is the fifth record of his that has gained this status or even higher. ‘Industry Baby’ joins the likes of ‘Old Town Road’, ‘Panini’, ‘Rodeo’, & ‘Montero (Call Me By Your Name’.
