Yesterday (March 23rd) marked the 13th year anniversary of Usher's diamond selling album Confessions. To this day that solid r&b album continues to inspire other artists of the same genre. In celebration of the classic's anniversary BJ The Chicago Kid has released a mini EP to pay tribute to Usher & the album.
BJ worked with producers Tubb Young & Jairus Mozee to put his very own twist on three of the original songs. He takes on the titles track including a small snippet of "Simple Things" & a unique mashup of "Can U Handle It" & "Superstar". BJ smoothly uses his natural talent as a singer to blend his vocals with the overall class melodies of the songs.
