Fat Joe & Remy Ma are drawing near to the release of the collaborative album Plata O Plomo, but before that day comes they are giving a new installment in the form of "Heartbreak". The island infused record seeing the rap duo join forces with The-Dream & Vindata.

Speaking to Billboard, Don Cartagena goes into detail on why The-Dream was a undeniably perfect match for the song, "The song has a beautiful vibe. I called Dream because he's one of the greatest & I've always wanted to work with him."
The Plata O Plomo album will be available on online retailers on February 17th which features from Ty Dolla $ign, Sevyn Streeter, & Kent Jones.
