For well over a decade many rumors have filled the internet about an alleged beef between r&b singer Monica & Brandy. In 1998 the duo had one of the most popular singles together "The Boy Is Mine" & to this day is still a fan favorite sing a long track.
It looks like their could possibly still be some beef between the singers, but why? Find out below.
Most of you will remember back in 2012 the ladies took a trip down memory lane with a new collaborative song "It All Belongs To Me". Once news hit the internet of the joint single any former rumors of hatred began to become a thing of the past. With the major social media popularity of Monica's recent #SoGoneChallenge it has brought much attention & success back to the song along with it's accompanying album After The Storm.
Almost two weeks ago a fan asked Brandy if she would join in on the #SoGoneChallenge & her very surprising response was "chile bye".
The response took many by complete surprise & made people wonder if their was some new beef between both ladies. Tomorrow (Sep. 12th) Monica will be on the daytime talkshow The Real where she was asked about her feeling on Brandy's words & by no surprise she kept it very classy as she always does.
