BRANDY WANTS OUT OF MANAGEMENT CONTRACT & COMPARES TO KE$HA LEGAL CASE

In March of this year claims & reports hit the internet stating that singer/actress Brandy Norwood would be suing her management company Chameleon Entertainment & it's owner Breyon Prescott. Now, fast forward nearly four months later & new information regarding the legal issue has been released.

More details below.

Initially the court documents were filed in Los Angeles, but this week a new lawsuit has been filed in the state of New York. Brandy has been signed to the entertainment company since 2011 & in need documents obtained by TMZ she is making new claims about the sour business relationship.

In the suit Brandy claims that Chameleon promised the provide her with hundred of thousands of dollars that would be for the benefit of production costs to record new studio albums which she says never happened. Norwood also states that the company stopped her from being able to record & release new musical material that has currently brought her music career to a halt. Brandy's lawyer states verbatim that:

"Brandy Norwood's story is Kesha Redux but without the sex."

As most of you already know, earlier this year Kesha came froward with claims saying that Dr. Luke allegedly raped her for many years & controlled her music career to the point that it was in limbo for a long period of time. While Kesha was denied by a judge to be released from her contract, Brandy is still seeking to be completely free of the bad & unprofessional business matter. Along with wanting to be released, she also wants to recoup the money that she claims was promised to her by the entertainment company.
