Oh, the power of the internet is definitely something magical and very beneficial depending on who you are. Imagine you are a music artist that had a hit 20+ years ago, only for it to be on the Top 10 Billboard charts 20 years later due to a viral video! If you have been hiding under a rock (that's that only way you wouldn't know about this), Ghost Town DJ's song "My Boo" is back and better.
Yes, you read that right, the 1995 hit has definitely made a comeback and I think that it may stick around for a while (at least during the Summer). The song made its comeback due to the viral sensation Running Man Challenge and its actually doing better than it did when it first came out. Back in 1996, the song only made it to No. 31 on the charts and today its No. 10. Its safe to say that this is getting its second life with the steady Spotify downloads and Youtube views. I know this is also a pleasant surprise to the Ghost Town DJ's as well.
I'm personally excited for this song to be back, its always been a Fave so..... in honor of Throwback Thursday and Good Times.... Let's Jam!! (video below)
