Kesha is proving that she is not going down without a strong fight. Weeks ago she went public with alleged claims that her former friend Dr. Luke has sexually assaulted her. When the situation was taken to court she was seen crying as the judge denied her attempt to professionally part ways with Luke's record label Kermasobe. Now, she is doing all she can to make her voice heard & save her drowning music career by making claims that he raped & drugged her all while helping to take her career to new heights.

According to Kesha's lawyer Mark Garagos,
"The court erred in basing it's decision on it's finding that Kesha could record without interference from Gottwald. You can't force someone to work … in the situation in which they don't want to work, the courts ruling requiring Kesha to work for Gottwald's companies, purportedly without his involvement, does just that."
Dr. Luke's lawyer replied with the following:
"the court repeatedly stated Cashel was already free to record without Dr. Luke, and that she had not presented any facts supporting her claims. That's because all of the evidence – including cash his own sworn statement – show her allegations are false. Her attorneys can continue manufacturing even more false and outrageous claims, but the fact remains that her time would be better spent in the studio been wasting time having her lawyer and mother spend lies in the media."
