Tamar Braxton has saw much success in her career as a talk show host, reality television star & within her music career, but her latest album Calling All Lovers has been a numbers fail. While she has been promoting the album it only debut at #5 on the Billboard 200 with 38,000 sales so far. Braxton's last album Love And War brought in 114,000 sales back in 2013 when it was released.
The outspoken personality voiced her opinion on instagram about the projects sales & in the mist of it all remained very positive about her work & just how much she is blessed.
While numbers certainly do matter when it comes to the business side of things, it does not classify if a album is good or not. Sadly because of the times we live in where many do not appreciate good music, one would believe that a high amount of album sold automatically means the body of music is good & that is not true at all. No matter if Tamar's album sells major units or not there is just no denying that Calling All Lovers is a very solid album that shows Tamar's vocal abilities & that she has talent that the r&b genre needs to continue to revive it.
